We’re proud of every 100% estate-grown wine that leaves our barrel room, but a few years ago we started a new tradition to commemorate each vintage.
Each harvest after all the fruit is in, our winemaker selects the very best grapes to craft a 100% varietal. Named the Corkrum wines for Francis and Mary Jane Corkrum, the pioneers who bravely ventured west to homestead in Walla Walla, these wines embody the land and spirit of Spring Valley.
Walla Walla Valley2017 Corkrum Cabernet Franc
The 2017 Corkrum has a very floral bouquet of violet with a hint of minerality. The pallet is focused on strawberry aromas. The tannins are extremely silky. This wine is definitely a terroir driven wine.- Walla Walla Valley
2018 Corkrum Syrah
The 2018 Corkrum has a very aromatic bouquet of red fruit with a hint of minerality of crushed stone and granite. The palate showcases lean and pure strawberry aromas, with extremely silky tannins. This wine is assuredly a terroir driven wine.
