Tasting Notes
Our Malbec is made from a blend of our original block of Malbec planted in 2001 and a block planted in 2007. The nose has plenty of aromas of candied fruit, violet and alfalfa. The wine is focused on gentle fruit, with a perfect balance of spices.

The wine was transferred by pump into barrels for secondary fermentation. Aged for 30 months in French oak.
